Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Paid sessions require full payment at the time of booking to reserve your time. Refund Policy All purchases are non-refundable. Once a session is booked, that time is reserved and cannot be refunded. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less notice may result in the session being forfeited. No-Shows & Late Arrivals Missed appointments without notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. Late arrivals will not extend the session time. General Use Sessions are intended for guidance and consultation purposes. Results are not guaranteed. Agreement By booking a session, you agree to this policy.
